Second Week of Production!

This week hasn't been very productive for me. Obviously each day of filming I do data wrangling. 

I did however on Thursday begin to look at how I should approach the tone of the film. To my understanding, our main character, Colt, is unable to differentiate between real life and fantasy and often hallucinates so my thinking is to sort of have that dreaming/memory effect added to the scene when he's hallucinating.

In the final Harry Potter, they utilise greens and blues to depict a bad time, sadness and grief. This is something I could look at adding in the colour grading process because our main character when in proximity to his home, is sad because of his bad upbringing.

However, as mentioned previously I could use whites and greys to depict a sort of dreamscape for our main character and I'll look into adding a feathered white glow around our character.
